The word “oros” in Greek means “mount” (Agion Oros – Mount Athos) while in the documents of Ecumenical Councils it refers to summaries or resumes, to the “afore stated” that has been agreed on or adopted. Our Chardonnay “Oros” represents the summary of our efforts to produce a unique and autochthonous Herzegovinian wine out of this renowned grape.
